Nuoc Cham
Ingredients
- 1 cup of hot water
- 1/2 a cup of sugar
- 1/2 a cup of lime juice
- 1/3 cup of fish sauce
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- Half a chili sliced
Directions
- Dissolve the sugar in a bowl with the hot water using chopsticks or a small whisk.
- Add the lime juice, fish sauce and chili in after the sugar is dissolved and serve or cover & store in the fridge for later.
Note
- The chili is optional but recommended
