- 3 cups of oatmeal
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of jelly
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1/4 teaspoon of table salt
- Butter or oil for greasing the pan
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F/175c
- Grease a baking pan
- Combine the peanut butter, water, salt and half the jelly in a saucepan over low heat and stir until smooth
- Pour the mixture into a bowl with the oatmeal and mix until all the oats are coated
- Pour the sticky concoction into the baking tray, spread the remaining jelly on top and place in the oven for 25m
- Once done, leave the tray out to cool and slice into bars
Notes
- jam will work instead of jelly
